Latin America: Less Brain Drain
The best and worst countries in Latin America when it comes to brain drain.

Chile and Costa Rica have less brain drain than Germany, while Brazil and Panama have less brain drain than Australia, according to a Latinvex analysis of data from the World Economic Forum.
All in all, brain drain is becoming less of a problem in Latin America, according to a comparison of the forum’s reports for 2011-12 and 2012-13.
