Latin America: Firms Advise $13 Bln Sovereign Bonds

Cleary Gottlieb advised on four bonds from Chile totaling $4.2 billion; Cleary and S&C advised on two Mexico bonds worth a combined $3.2 billion; Arnold & Porter and S&C advised on the Republic of Colombia on two bonds totaling $2.8 billion and Arnold & Porter and S&C advised the Republic of Panama’s two bonds worth $2.4 billion.
