Cleary, Hogan Lovells Advise Ecuador Restructuring
Cleary Gottlieb advises LATAM Airlines on its Chapter 11 process.

Cleary Gottlieb and Hogan Lovells are advising the debt restructuring of Ecuador and Ecuadorian state oil company Petroamazonas relating to 11 series of debt securities with an aggregate principal amount outstanding of approximately $19.4 billion
Meanwhile, Cleary is also representing Chile-based, Latin American airline LATAM Airlines Group and its affiliates in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and the United States in the voluntary reorganization and restructuring of their debt under Chapter 11 protection in the U.S.
