Baker Botts, Greenberg Traurig, Holland & Knight advise deals, offers.

Greenberg Traurig acted as U.S. counsel to the initial purchasers and sole bookrunners on the $400 million offer by Telecommunications Services of Trinidad & Tobago; Baker Botts represents Liberty Latin America on the $104 million sale of Cable & Wireless Seychelles to a consortium of local investors; Holland & Knight represented Canadian value retailer, Dollarama in its acquisition of 50.1 percent interest in Latin America value retailer Dollarcity and Brazilian law firm Campos Mello Advogados, which has a cooperation agreement with DLA Piper, advised Banco Votorantim in the issuance of $850 million of senior unsecured bonds in the international market.
