Arnold & Porter Secures Dominican Arbitration Victory

Baker Botts, DLA Piper advise Liberty Latin America, Mexico deals.


Arnold & Porter secured an arbitration victory for the Dominican Republic; Baker Botts represented Liberty Latin America in the acquisition of the remaining 12.5% of United Telecommunication Services N.V. (UTS) and DLA Piper Mexico advised the acquisition of a company that owns a hotel in Baja California Sur.
