Davis Polk advised on the $790 million IPO by Brazil-based Intermédica (the first IPO on the Sao Paulo exchange this year); Mayer Brown advised on Banco Inter's $206 million IPO (the first Brazilian retail bank to go public in nearly a decade); Cleary Gottlieb advised Brazil oil company Petrobras on $4 billion liability management transaction; Hogan Lovells advised initial purchasers on a $600 million offer by Rio Oil Finance Trust; Jones Day advised Lennox International on a Brazil deal.
