Colombia, Mexico seeing increase in cases at World Bank ICSID.

Freshfields continues to be the international law firm that leads the way in pending Latin America cases at The World Bank’s International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), while K&L Gates dominates concluded cases, according to a Latinvex analysis.

Meanwhile, Venezuela remains the Latin American country with most outstanding cases, followed by Argentina. Another 15 Latin American countries also have pending cases.
