Law Firms Advise on Mexico Airport Credit
Largest syndicated revolving bank facility in the history of Latin America.

Three leading US law firms -- Cleary Gottlieb, Jones Day and Paul Hastings -- advised on the $3 billion credit facility for Grupo Aeroportuario de la Ciudad de Mexico (GACM), which is building Mexico City’s new international airport that will replace existing Benito Juarez International Airport. The project is being carried out by the Mexican Federal Government through GACM and the credit facility is the largest syndicated revolving bank facility in the history of Latin America.
