Latin America's Top 100 Lawyers
Latinvex singles out the top foreign lawyers in Latin America.

The
editorial staff of Latinvex has
selected the leading attorneys from international law firms that are involved in
the growing legal business in Latin America.
The criteria used was a combination of
factors, including recent track record on major deals and business, prominence
of firm in Latin America and rankings by third parties such as Chambers and
Partners, Legal 500 and Thomson Reuters. While US and UK law firms dominate
this list, we also have several entries from Canada.
This year’s ranking differs from last year’s in several ways. First, we
expanded the number of international lawyers – from 50 to 100 -- due to strong
reader interest. Second, many of last year’s international lawyers dropped out
of the expanded ranking due to a combination of factors, including work during
2013 and level of profile. They were replaced by lawyers from the same law
firms or other firms that made their debut on the list.
